Job Description for Professional Cleaner:<\/strong>
Local professional cleaning company seeking Team Members for year around full time work!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

$20.00 per hour average based on commission (dependent on experience & ability % pay incentivizes those that are skilled & motivated)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Competitive pay and wages based on how quickly and accurately you work!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Full- time\/Part-time Professional Cleaner wanted. We work in Kittitas County only. Cle Elum, Easton, Snoqualmie Pass, Lake Kachess, Roslyn, Ronald, Lake Cle Elum, Suncadia, Tumble Creek, Thorp, Ellensburg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Use Company provided vans & Company provided professional cleaning equipment & products!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Company provided shirts, sweatshirts & hats!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Weekends<\/strong> are always off!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All Major Holidays and days surrounding Holidays off! <\/strong>(Ask for exact list of yearly Holiday dates that we take off Companywide)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Workdays are Monday through Friday days!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work begins at 8:30 AM unless otherwise prearranged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job duties include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* Residential & Commercial cleaning
* Post Construction cleaning
* Move in\/ out cleaning
* Rotational house cleaning
* Vacation rental cleaning
* Utilizing wide range of cleaning equipment and products<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* Minimum of 21 years of age
* Able to work utilizing step ladder
* Able to work safely following safety protocols and WA State Safety Laws
* Self-motivated and pays attention to details
* Reliable transportation to get to work
* Valid WA driver\u2019s license & good record & be insured on Company Insurance
* Punctual with good work attendance & ethic
* Able to pass WSP criminal background check
* Able to pass pre-employment drug screening
* Job history & Professional & Personal references are a plus!
* Able to be Insured & Bonded through Company Insurance
* Enjoys working inside & driving from job to job
* Pleasant demeanor with fellow employees & customers alike (team player)
* Clean cut professional appearance & good hygiene
* Good physical condition & able to lift at least 25 lbs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cleaning experience with references are preferred however we absolutely will train the right person with little to no experience because we believe in hiring for a fantastic personality and motivated “can do” attitude!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Description for Professional Window Cleaner: <\/strong>
Local Professional Cleaning & Maintenance Company seeking Professional Window Cleaner!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

$19.00-25.00 per hour, dependent on experience & ability \/optional % pay incentive for those that are highly skilled & motivated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We work in Kittitas County only. Cle Elum, Easton, Snoqualmie Pass, Lake Kachess, Roslyn, Ronald, Lake Cle Elum, Suncadia, Tumble Creek, Thorp, Ellensburg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* Cleaning Windows both interior & exterior
* Residential & Commercial
* Post Construction Window cleaning
* Cleaning of tracks, frames, & screens
* High dusting, Vacuuming & High cleaning & wiping over 6 feet
* Gutter Cleaning
* Power Washing
* Roof Cleaning
* Some minor odd and end jobs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* Minimum of 21 years of age
* Able to work on 1-2 story ladders up to 40 feet
* Able to work safely following safety protocols & WA State Safety Laws
* Self-motivated & pays attention to details
* Reliable transportation to get to work
* Valid driver\u2019s license & good record to be insured on Company Insurance
* Punctual with good work attendance & work ethic
* Able to pass WSP criminal background check
* Able to pass pre-employment drug screening
* Able to be Insured & Bonded through Company Insurance
* Enjoys working outside & driving from job to job
* Pleasant demeanor with fellow employees & customers alike (team player)
* Clean cut professional appearance & good hygiene
* Good physical condition & able to at least lift 100 lbs.
* Job history & Professional & Personal references are a plus!
* Prefer at least 1 year of professional verifiable window cleaning experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n
